Is HA broken again? I get err 15 whenever I try to enter, very very annoying.

I can't get into Vizunah Square Foriegn. When I hit enter mission, the timer doesn't show up but if I try to zone, it says I am still trying to enter the mission.
Getting code 15 too. |
